These are simple spacation exercises that can produce pleasant and often surprising results. Results can vary from person to person, so I am not going to tell you what to expect.

For best results, it is best to sit in center of room.

Exercise 1: Locate the two upper corners of the room behind you. Hold your attention on both corners. Sit quietly with clear mind and do not think of anything.

Exercise 2: Locate the four corners of the room behind you. Hold your attention on both corners. Sit quietly with clear mind and do not think of anything.

Exercise 3: Locate all four corners of the room behind you and all four corners of the room in front of you. Hold your attention on all eight points.  Sit quietly with clear mind and do not think of anything.
